What we process, and why

Access list. If you join, we process your email address, the language you were browsing in and the section you signed up from. There is one purpose: to email you when Drop 001 has a date and a price, and about later drops.

Email contact. If you write to us, we process what you send in order to reply.

Usage statistics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to see in aggregate how many people visit the site and which sections they use. If you refuse, the tool is never loaded.

We do not profile you, we make no automated decisions about you, and we use your data for nothing beyond the above.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box on the form or accept analytics cookies. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before then.

How long we keep it

Your address stays on the access list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the brand stopped sending notices, we would delete the list.

Contact emails are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to meet legal retention periods.

Who else sees your data

List notices are handled by our own form service on a European server, and arrive in the brand's mailbox.

If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity processes browsing data as a processor and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to [email protected]. We will ask for something that confirms your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

The access list is intended for people over 14. If we find an address belonging to someone younger, we will delete it.
